Warranty Policy

The warranty policy applies to direct sales only. For international distributor sales, please see your local distributor for warranty information.

The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications. The warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear and consequential or subsequent damages.

New Biolytic Instruments and Accessories

Includes a 12 month PTS(Parts and Technical Support) warranty. Local in the Bay Area, CA, USA include 12 months PLT (Parts Labor and Travel) warranty.

Rebuilt instruments, Instruments Rebuilds & Exchange Instruments

Rebuilt instruments, Instruments Rebuilds & Exchange Instruments include a 90 day PTS (Parts and Technical Support) Warranty. Local in the Bay Area, CA, USA include 90 days PLT (Parts Labor and Travel) warranty.


Parts include a 60 day warranty.

Electronic and Electrical Parts

All electronic and electrical parts sales are final. We do not accept returns of Electronic or Electrical Parts as they are easily damaged by incorrect installation or by connecting them to systems that have other problems.

Reconditioned Valve Blocks

Reconditioned blocks are warrantied for 60 days and extends to the entire block and all the components.

Terms and Conditions

Limited Warranty

The warranty as described herein shall only apply to Biolytic Lab Performance, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Biolytic’) branded products directly sold by Biolytic (hereinafter referred to as ‘Product’). The warranty is only applicable to the party purchasing the products directly from Biolytic (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Purchaser’). Biolytic warrants that each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The foregoing warranty shall be valid for the period mentioned in the applicable warranty policy for your Products as referenced to in your sales agreement. If a Product fails to operate in accordance with this warranty Biolytic will provide free replacement of the failed Product subject to the applicable warranty policy and the limited warranty terms and conditions set forth below.

Terms and Conditions

Biolytic's warranty flows only to Purchaser. If any Product covered by this warranty is returned by Purchaser in accordance with the return policy and within the applicable warranty period set forth in the warranty policy and upon examination Biolytic determines to its satisfaction that such Product failed to satisfy this warranty, Biolytic will, at its option, repair or replace the Product or the defective part thereof, or reimburse Purchaser for the purchase price. For purposes of clarity, ‘repair or replace the Product or the defective part thereof’ does not include any removal or reinstallation activities, costs or expenses, including without limitation, labor costs or expenses.

Limitation of Liability

Biolytic does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for item/s not being available for us, lost profits, loss of business except as expressly provided herein. Biolytic Lab Performance, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.
