Accurate Temperature and Pressure
Every Time

The Heated Pressure Chamber comes with an intuitive PID (proportional-integral-derivative controller) Temperature Controller that delivers consistent, accurate heat and pressure every time.

Just set the desired temperature and the PID controller will continuously calculate temperature differences to minimize temperature fluctuations, keeping your reactions stable.

Single Operation
Cleave
and
Deprotect

The Heated Pressure Chamber turns gas/vapor phase cleaving and deprotection into an efficient single-step operation. Synthesis Plates and Synthesis Columns in racks are placed directly in the reaction chamber. Upon gas deprotection, products such as oligonucleotides can be directly desalted, then eluted from the synthesis support with your buffer of choice, no transfer step needed.

Choose Manual or Auto Vent/Cool

Manual

The Heated Pressure Chamber can be manually vented and cooled using two valves. The manual model will ring when your reaction is complete, notifying you to vent and cool the chamber using the valves.

Auto Vent/Cool

Comes with all manual features with the option for automatic venting and cooling post reaction. After pressurizing for your set time, the Heated Pressure Chamber will automatically open valves to vent and flow gas to cool itself based on your settings.
