Once the analysis has been completed the cost of the analysis can be applied toward a new or rebuilt valve block.
Instructions for ordering:

2) Count the number of ports on your valve block and use that number as the quantity when adding the Failure Analysis to the cart.
3) Complete your order online
4) Write the online order number on the form you completed earlier
5) Attach a copy of your online order to the form you completed earlier and place both documents in a box with your valve block.
6) Ship your valve block to Biolytic.
