This valve is replaced by pneumatic valve. See Upgrade kit PN: 351-105012 for the entire kit to change all the gas valves at one time.
To get individual valves you will need to purchase a starter kit which is PN: 347-105571
Then you will need to buy the individual valve you need.

The reason we had to discontinue the original gas valves are due to poor quality from the manufacturer. The quality is so poor that we cannot guarantee that the valves will work when they arrive and if they do work on arrival they will likely fail within a month.
We researched an alternative pneumatic valve we offer now. We started using the new pneumatic valve in mid 2014. They have been in use since then with very good success. They do not have any adverse effect on the gas flow path and they are very stable. You can count on the working every time they are called on during the synthesis.
