Motor & Encoder Assembly, Exchange, Made by Parker for the 3900. This is the motor with encoder built in. It does not contain the transmission, cables or rotor head. Since this is an exchange item, you must return your old item complete with all components. If you do not return your item or you return it missing components, you will be charged as though you purchased a new item without exchange. If you do not want to send your old item back to us, you should purchase this same item as non exchange from us. If the defective item is not returned to us within 2 weeks after we ship the exchange item to you, we will bill you for the new item without exchange.
