The valve block design is a very efficient way to design a reagent delivery system that has low dead volume however when one valve fails, the entire valve block must be replaced. The valve blocks have quite a few parts that do not typically go bad.

We rebuild the valve blocks using the good parts and replacing the parts that can wear out such as diaphragms, seals & O-Rings.
