Please fill in the form completely and accurately.
There
is a 15% re-stocking fee + the cost of shipping on returns.
We do not accept returns of
Electronic or Electrical Parts as they are easily damaged by
incorrect installation or by connecting them to systems that
have other problems.
A properly completed Return Form must accompany the returned
